Authentic Leader is aimed at taking a leader to the next level of impact - no matter their current state of leadership mastery. 

 

 

 

 

 

Today we not only know how to define leadership - we understand the mindset and the practices that are necessary to develop it.  In this program leaders will understand their "current leadershp state."  They will also create a vision for their next stage of development and walk away with a set of practices that will manifest a higher level of impact. 

Authentic Leader engages an executive at every level from start to finish by remaining interactive, fun, and provocative.

Program Objectives:

  • Stimulate leadership behavioral change
  • Provide 360-degree feedback using the TLCP
  • Engage the executive in discussions, exercises, simulations, and various reflections that deepen insight into, and encourages ownership of the TLCP results.
  • Increase self-awareness about the manager's leadership style, about specific competency strengths and weaknesses, and about the inner 'operating system' that is running the manager's behavior patterns.
  • Impart the skills of authentic courageous conversation
  • Create quality actions plans for improvement.
  • Build support for follow-through
  • Establish a learning process that is engaging, energizing, fun and relevant to business application.
