Presidential Poll – “A Leadership 360″

The “Leader” label is thrown around much too liberally. Just because someone is in a “leadership” position does not mean they fully embody leadership. As we approach the election day – our country has a big decision to make. All of us will certainly make that decision or already have based on our alignment with the candidates policies. However, I thought it would be interesting and fun to grade who has the strongest leadership qualities based on known leadership competencies. The poll results are now in!

I want to thank the 80 people who participated in our polling questions. I selected seven polling questions based on well known leadership competencies. There was also an eighth and final summary question. Again, this was not scientific and I had not control over who participated. I did however look for duplicate entries based on IP addresses and removed responses that seemed to be duplicated. I hope you find the results interesting and thought provoking.
