In a time when we require stronger leadership, the purpose of this Leading Thoughts Blog is to provide a resource for the latest thinking around the development of extraordinary leadership.  It is an attempt to bring together disparate thinking around what it takes to step into the leadership mindset.  I also hope that this will become a place for dialogue focused on the transformation of leadership and ultimately provide some navigation for those who are engaged in their own personal journey of leadership development.
