How Would It Feel?
How Would It Feel?
Well, I hoped you enjoyed the first video of this series (last entry below).  I also know that by its nature and because of your past experiences of big promises – it can feel hard to believe.  That skepticism is healthy  yet, if you watch this second video – it will increase your confidence.  I say that for two reasons:

  1. You are likely reading this now because my last entry peaked your interest because after all if any of this is true – it would change everything.
  2. At the end of this second video you will be presented with a way to learn first hand about one of the processes Stuart teaches – at no charge to you – so you can test the waters and see for yourself.

Again, I want to ensure you Stuart Licthman’s process is not some repackaging of some old goal setting programs.  It is not someone coming up with a better mouse trap.  It is truly revolutionary and when deployed – teaches you the true process that enables you to achieve any goal – no matter how big it is.  It is also empowering because once you learn it – you will never need any outside support to be a success.   You will truly own the keys to success and fulfillment.

You might ask what does this have to do with business and leadership?  Well this process can also be applied to any big vision you have as a leader and be taught to people in your organization.  So, if this is for real (and it is), imagine what that would mean for your organization?  Again, don’t take my word for it.  Watch the video.

The link below will take you to another site to watch the video and at the end you will be given access to the instructional video promised.  When you get that instructional video – all I ask is that you keep an open mind and try it!  If you have any difficulties please email me directly at dutts@executiveskillworks.com.   Enjoy and if you get this and give it a shot – I promise you it will make a huge difference in your leadership as well as any aspiration you have for your business and personal life.  Also, please note, the third and final video will be released next Thursday or Friday.

The Sky Is the Limit!
The Sky Is the Limit!
Below is a link to the first of three videos introducing the amazing breakthrough work of Stuart Lichtman.  What has Stuart done?  He has only generated the first ever full proof process that supports anyone who applies it to achieve super achiever level goals – 100% of the time.  No Stuart is not one of those “Law of Attraction” teachers or some new age guru.  Rather, he is a graduate of MIT where he majored in all five engineering disciplines and is a leading expert in the field of artificial intelligence.  In short, the man is a genius.   So what does an engineering genius have to do with achievement?

Well you should also know that Stuart received masters and doctoral degrees in psychology and organizational development.  In addition, Stuart has successfully run about 100 companies, trained over 70,000 people globally and has coached well over 500 entrepreneurs into successfully running their businesses.  Finally, he has been hired and paid $25,000.00 a day to teach his process in such companies as IBM, Ericcson, IKEA, and Volvo.  If you are tired of working too hard for the success you have generated and would be interested in actually achieving far more with less effort while finding greater fulfillment in your life – then have an open mind and watch this video.  I personally have benefited from Stuart’s process and am excited to say that Stuart is about to release a cutting edge online program to teach this at a very reasonable cost.  Again, the video link is below.  Watch and as you do – notice if it resonates with you at any level. If so, look for the next video which will be up in the next week.

Change Starts With You Not Them!

Wednesday, December 1st, 2010

Do you have a desire to see changes in your organization, your life, the world?   It does seem no matter where you look – drastic changes are being called for.    Yet, with all the change we desire – how do we make an impact on those changes we most want?  In short, you must start with yourself.  We all know those who complain about how things are going  or what others are doing.  Generally these very same people do nothing about the problems they see except complain.  They are merely squeaky wheels.

The ones who forward change are those who have taken a hard look at themselves.  One of my favorite examples is Nelson Mandela.  He sat in a prison cell for 27 years and while in those terrible conditions he took the time to reflect – asking who he needed to be to get through that time and help his country.  The transformation that happened to this great man – occurred a great deal because of his own self-inquiry that was forced during those years in prison.  Mandela came out of those terrible conditions with a much more powerful presence than before he entered the cell that gained deep respect not only from his countrymen and world leaders – he also became deeply admired by his jailers.  He stepped out of prison into his role as President of South Africa with the intent to integrate a country and he did!  He transformed that country yet did so only after transforming himself.  (more…)

One of Our Closest Friends – Gratitude

Wednesday, November 24th, 2010

What Are You Grateful For?
What Are You Grateful For?
Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays!  Why?  It’s simple, festive and a time to be with family and friends.  It’s message is also simple yet powerful.  Asking “What do I have to be grateful for?” is a question worth asking daily because gratitude is one of the most powerful moods we can live in and it is a great advocate of both success and fulfillment.

Ultimately when we live from a place of gratitude we live in a state of:

  • Joy which is the inner experience of gratitude.
  • Humility which we come to when we realize all that we have and all those who support and yes love us.
  • Service because in gratitude we naturally want to give back.

Gratitude serves us in difficult times because we can always find something to be grateful for!  Our very ability to breath, to connect with friends, to find the determination to continue, etc. comes from gratitude during such times.  In good time gratitude serves us by reminding us how we got to the level we are at and reminds us of all those relationships and situations that supported us to get there.   There is never a bad time to remember what to be grateful for!

In closing, I want to express my thanks to all of our readers and clients.  You are what allow us to do this amazing work.  Thank you for your trust and your continued interest.  May you and your families have a blessed holiday!

Warmest Regards – David

Warning – Success & Ethics Are Not Natural Partners

How Do You Choose?
How Do You Choose?
Poor ethical choices, many would agree, is a major contributor to the economic mess we are currently in.  Most people ask – how could those people already making more money than most cross that line?  Well over the years I have determined that people with a lot of “success power” do not necessarily have to have an ethical compass.  In other words, the ability to succeed at a high level does NOT mean a person magically becomes an ethical person.  They are either ethical at a certain level or they are not.  If they are not ethical it takes a shift in mindset and with the heart to merge ethics with success.  This quote from Sheryl Crow sums it up nicely:

I had put a lot of pressure on myself to be productive all the time and to always be accomplishing. Ultimately if you connect your self-worth to that, you set yourself up for failure and an immense amount of pressure. I was on this frantic horse to always be doing and producing, and now I find that the real growth comes from being yourself, spending time with yourself and surrounding yourself with people who are conscious.
